Sorry, this was a problem in my extract scripts. I ended up extracting the
test-suite and compiler-rt components into the same directory. That must have
caused a collision, which caused the error. I don't know why this didn't happen
for the 3.7* releases.
Anyway, this resolved. I just extracted and built it successfully on ppc64le.
Running tests now.
