Current clang 3.8 branch exhibits a number of regressions in both the libomp
test suite and OpenMP3.1_Validation test suite that appeared to have been
introduced shortly before the branch occurred. The attached
test_omp_for_firstprivate-eb139a.sh and test_omp_for_firstprivate-eb139a.c
demonstrates one of these failures from the OpenMP3.1_Validation test suite on
x86_64-apple-darwin15.
