Is it possible to change the plugin of clang-format for visual studio to that
when I click ctrl+r, ctrl+f it formats the whole file automatically without
having to ctrl+a select all first? The inconvenience not only is two more key
stroke but is that when I am looking at the middle of the file, ctrl+a takes me
to the very bottom of the file, so I have to scroll all the way back to where I
was originally looking at.
