This does not yet handle all cases but at least for the simple
cases such as:
```
def : CompressPat<(PTR_MOV PtrRC:$dst, PtrRC:$src),
(PTR_MOV_SMALL PtrRC:$dst, PtrRC:$src)>;
```
tablegen generates sensible code instead of emitting confusing errors.
