This mostly looks good on amd64 & x86, except that: 1. Three compiler-rt tests fail for me against glibc 2.33 (I'm just skipping them): compiler-rt/test/lsan/TestCases/many_threads_detach.cpp [1] compiler-rt/test/msan/fstat.cpp [2] compiler-rt/test/sanitizer_common/TestCases/Posix/lstat.cpp 2. One openmp test is suffering from missing include [3]. 3. asan_symbolize tests are broken on py3.10 [4]. I've submitted trivial fixes for 3/4 but I'm not going to complain if you don't want last minute inclusions.
