Subject: [PATCH] Fix flake in TestZerothFrame.py
This test is relying on the order of `process.threads` which is
nondeterministic. By switching from `process.GetThreadAtIndex` to
`process.GetThreadByIndex` we consistently retrieve the correct thread.
