That's certainly good enough for users.  

If you were the developer of another client, I think you'd want to keep people 
from inadvertently turning this back on.  But that's probably a minor concern.  
And there isn't an equivalent good way to turn off the stop description from 
being printed if we ever make our way to HandleProgressEvent.
