Thanks for the quick feedback. I didn't realize that the range list code handles some of this stuff already (I didn't look at it -- I guess I should've). I'll try to play around with this a bit, and then figure out what to do. Regarding the iterator api: it has occurred to me that such an api would be more suitable (in fact, lldb's current api already has that), but since the location lists are generally small, I did not want to make a big deal out of it. But now that you mention it, I'll definitely consider it...
