For LLVM overall, there's https://releases.llvm.org/ with links to say https://releases.llvm.org/8.0.0/docs/index.html, but LLDB doesn't seem to appear in sub-project list of versioned docs... I would say it's fine to not worry about this for now, and we can improve in a separate patch if needed.
