zturner added a comment. If your commands are A, B, C, and D but A crashes and returns to the interactive prompt, will it still try to execute B, C, and D? If so then I guess that would work (I haven't tried). OTOH, there's a risk of people forgetting to do this (but I'm not sure if the risk would be higher than people using -b instead of -B).
