At some point we're going to want to chain these providers together.  To do 
that, the ScriptedFrameProvider needs to take a StackFrameList, not a thread, 
since it might be acting on a StackFrameList produced by something in the chain 
of StackFrameProviders.  So it's probably best to start with that.  
StackFrameList's know their thread (though there isn't an accessor for it 
that's trivial to add.)  So you wouldn't be losing information.
