I'm honestly not sure of how to try and solve this problem without touching the 
main SBAPI files. I had talked about using a new class to represent a pointer + 
len above, another idea I had had is to use an "annotation" attribute from 
Clang: https://clang.llvm.org/docs/AttributeReference.html#annotate which would 
also require the main SB API headers to be touched. This attribute takes a 
string and we could have something like

[[clang::annotate("LLDBRPC: Pointer plus len")]]
int SBFoo();
```

since the generator should be able to pick up this attribute and act on it. 
Adding a compiler attributes to the header files for RPC specifically might not 
be the best thing to do since those who don't know about RPC wouldn't know what 
the attribute is for however.

I'd love to get your insight on this.
