I'm not sure what to do here. Right now, parsing '123' will cause the lexer to fail (in this version) because there is NO valid token type that it corresponds to (since we haven't added number lexing yet). Therefore the call to Create (or to ExtractTokenData) returns an error rather than a lexer (or a valid result).
