If you can just run this directly and let me know if that works, that'll be fine: C:\Python35\python.exe D:\src\llvm\tools\lldb\packages\Python\lldbsuite\test_event\test\src\TestCatchInvalidDecorator.py That will be good enough to know the test can run on Windows.
