sivachandra added a comment. I am not very familiar with the watchpoint logic. I think it is not smart enough (yet) to figure that a vector of 16 elements which are 2 bytes each can be watched using the 4 watchpoint registers on x86. I could be wrong, in which case I would be glad to accept suggestions to fix this test on x86(_64).
