Dear OSGeo-live people who attend the Boston FOSS4G this year, I saw a tweet about R a Geo and R workshop. [1]
I think FOSS4G a great place to recruit some help for the projects we like but we are not specialists. I think about R of course, it might be the python community (Python/Jupyter), gvsig, OSM... So I won't attend the FOSS4G this year, but if you encounter people from those communities, please have a word with them. Tell them that it takes just a few hours to update a quickstart and make it more appealing, a little bit more to build a new one or to help us integrating their project in OSGeo-Live. FOSS4G is a great place to meet people and to connect with them, where emails can be a little bit less personnal. Anyway, enjoy FOSS4G 2017 !
