In weekly meetings leading up to release 11.0, we agreed to include
Jupyter Notebooks as "Hidden", ie, they should be able to be run by
someone who knows where to look, but shouldn't be accidentally found.
On release 11.0b1 you can still select Jupyter notebooks from the menu.
This opens up http://localhost:8883/notebooks/index.ipynb which provides
error message "Unable to connect".
So I'm re-opening this issue, and recommend that it is removed from being
selectable from the menu.
