Hi all,
Based on a previous IRC meeting logs [1], we had two veto votes (-1) on
removing GMT from the disk.
Given the fact that there has been no pull request with a revised GMT
quickstart, I would like to make an override motion (majority vote) for
removing GMT from 11.0 release.
Here is my +1,
