Workshops with OSGeo-Live

We ran 16 workshops with 152 participants. OSGeo-Live 10.0 ran in a
virtual machine with QUEMO. Worked fine!

* 2. Add an Overview and Quickstart for GeoPython packages. Many python
packages are installed on OSGeoLive, but there is no tutorial or
overview. Christian Strobl made a great workshop. He would help to make
an overview and quickstart document.
