#1898: Cesium - some layers not visible from quickstart description

When Cesium opens up in the "Hello World" demo, the default map, Bing
Arial Map, is not visible.
Selecting of the Marble, Natural Earth, ESRI World Street maps do show a
map. Good.
I assume that the base map from Bing not accessible. I haven't tested all
maps.
Note, this has been tested with a connection to the internet.
Suggest the default install, and quickstart be amended to access maps
which are available.
