There seems to be no `bin/install_rasterio.sh` script, which leads me to
think that the `python-rasterio` package is just installed as a dependency
of another package.
Some grepping confirms that `bin/install_jupyter.sh` installs `python-
rasterio`, but not the `rasterio` package which includes
`/usr/bin/rasterio`.
Likewise it installs `python-fiona` but not the `fiona` package for
`/usr/bin/fiona`.
