#1629: ossim preference loading warning in LiveDVD

When launching OTB applications there is a warning from OSSIM :
WARNING: ossimPreferences::loadPreferences(), an error was encountered
when loading the preferences file at "/usr/share/ossim/ossim_preference"
as specified by the environment variable "OSSIM_PREFS_FILE".
It appears on the terminal in the Live (not intalled) 9.5beta1
