OSGeo-Live 8.5 Project Overviews and Quickstarts are mostly complete,
and we are calling on help to translate these documents over the next 12
days, by Friday 13 February 2015. The main documentation updates are:
* Addition of Cesium and iPython Notebook (iPython Notebook Quickstart
still coming)
* OpenLayers updated to Openlayers 3
* A few other changes, mostly minor changes such as updates to version
numbers.

Basically:
1. Documents ready to translate are marked as "8.5final" in ourstatus
spreadsheet

2. Currency of translations is determined from subversion timestamps is
