OK - do you really need NAT? It looks as though you are NATing from WAN to LAN but this is not needed. Assuming that everything in the diagram is all that we need to worry about: * Set advanced NAT (done already I think) * Remove all NAT rules - inbound and outbound For this sort of thing you should never need a SIP proxy or anything else for that matter. Just some holes for SIP and RTP.
