We are not opening and closing. The boxes are turned off at night and
started in the morning. So, it happens every morning for us.

Moreover, DSL connections are disconnected and re-connected by ISPs many
times a day (consider 50 locations here). And thus tunnels get dropped and
reconnected.

Cron would be a dirty way to do this, is there a way to auto reload
rsyslogd whenever IP is changed on say WAN or OVPNC1. Would copying
/etc/rc.d/rsyslogd to /usr/local/etc/rc.d would help?

And when I upgrade would these changes be kept?

regards,
Nishant
