Your CPU numbers look high to me. I have a system here with very similar traffic and pps numbers to yours, albeit with fewer users (~200). Pfsense here is running on an Atom D510 with on-board Intel GBE NICs. 7 vlans on one NIC, 8 on the other. 99% or so of the traffic is between NICs rather than between vlans on the same NIC. Hopefully I can post three attachments in three consecutive messages. Sunday's graphs are missing due to an extended power outage, so averages will be about 6/7 scale. db
