The e-mails are now sent on request, but it does still display: An Error Has Occurred!
A new activation email has successfully been sent. Clearly the header of the dialog is incorrect. Also, you said that any accounts that hadn't been activated had the e-mail resent. I never received that e-mail. I have now requested for my activation e-mail to be resent (twice since I got the error above), received both e-mails and activated my account. So thanks for fixing that issue. I fixed the issue, we added an AAAA for mail.pfsense.org and it took some days for some reason before internal servers started using it, and our v6 subnet wasn't permitted for relaying so it was bouncing mail from the forum. Any accounts that hadn't been activated had the email re-sent.
