Hello, KDE or Gnome ? That's an easy question. The answer is Xfce. Why ? Because it has an option which fully supports KDE as well as Gnome oriented programs. Plus all the Xfce written programs. So, by option, it fully supports KDE, Gnome, and Xfce. I'm going to switch fairly soon to Xfce to be able to fully use all three repositories.
