-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 I'm running Linux Mint 8 on my 32 bit laptop. I previously had Opera 10.10 installed from the repositories and removed it. I downloaded Opera 10.50 into my home dir - untarred it and moved the newly created dir to /usr/local. I then created a launcher for it in the Gnome taskbar. I found that clicking on it doesn't fire the browser, so I checked it out from the command line. Here's what happens:
<command line> /usr/local/opera/opera The Opera binary is not located at "usr/lib/opera/opera". Please modify the wrapper script at "/usr/local/opera/opera". </command line> Anybody know how to fix this??? Assistance is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance, Scott -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.9 (GNU/Linux) Comment: Using GnuPG with Mozilla - http://enigmail.mozdev.org/ iEYEARECAAYFAkuRMIIACgkQz4LpFfj13H4glQCdGHx55c9AcbKiK50DnSEMxvoa u64An1sGge8DBzcPX3SpWQcMEmcGTHpa =gaKA -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Linux Users Group.
