Hi all, I recently downloaded Ubuntu and can now receive and send email, but both Firefox and Help are not working. They were working upon the initial set up but when I shut it down and re-booted I received the following message-
Error message, Install Problem The configuration defaults for GNOME Power Manager have not been installed correctly. Please contact your computer administrator. Additionally there are 69 updates to download, and when I try to do so I get the following from the update manager- E: dpkg was interrupted, you must manually run 'dpkg --configure -a' to correct the problem. E: _cache->open() failed, please report. Any help would be appreciated, please be aware that I am not at all tech savvy but am trying to persevere.
