Our kernel is not much good without BINFMT_ELF and this fixes a build warning on 64 bit allnoconfig builds:
warning: (COMPAT) selects COMPAT_BINFMT_ELF which has unmet direct dependencies
(COMPAT && BINFMT_ELF)
