Applied, thanks.  I had to fix up the #ifdef which was testing for
CONFIG_EARLY_FLATTREE instead of CONFIG_OF_EARLY_FLATTREE, and I
reworked OF_EARLY_FLATTREE to select instead of depend on OF_FLATTREE.
