From: Bjorn Helgaas <bhelg...@google.com>

Use PCI_BUS_NUM(), PCI_SLOT(), PCI_FUNC() to extract the bus number,
device, and function number directly from the Error Source ID.  There's no
need to shift and mask it explicitly.
