This would ensure that system_call_exception() returns errors in -ERRORCODE form, which wouldn't have any practical difference given that the return code is passed on to syscall_exit_prepare() which performs the conversion. However, this could bring more consistency when applied along with other consistency-related changes. I wish the people responsible for powerpc would be more specific about the level of consistency they are ready to maintain. -- ldv
