The 1st patch fixes a regression which causes a crash when booted with nr_cpus=2. The 2nd patch fixes a regression where lscpu on PowerVM reports more number of sockets that are available. The 3rd patch updates the fallback when L2-cache properties are not explicitly exposed to be the cpu_sibling_mask.
