Also: [PATCH 07/11] [POWERPC] iSeries: missing newline in printk (http://patchwork.ozlabs.org/linuxppc/patch?id=13661) and [PATCH 10/11] [POWERPC] Clean up vio.h (http://patchwork.ozlabs.org/linuxppc/patch?id=13664) don't actually interact with the rest of the series.
