The hybrid concept is great , but might have some logistics overhead...
But I am in total favor for the same..
Personally speaking, I might not be able to make it tomorrow and so
might be the case for some others too..
So in conclusion, A hybrid approach can help in archival
(Youtube/PeerTube) and also increase participation.
