We have tried the traditional method of recruiting and hiring experienced help as well as fresh grads from local vocational institutes, that offer training in Linux. Even with certified and/or experienced candidates, we have found their knowledge of Linux SysAdmin skills and application of mind to be lacking. We want to try out a different approach. We want to train and hire individuals who have a deep thirst for knowledge and the desire to excel. To achieve our objective we are starting a 3 month internship program. The internship will cover the basics in: 1. Linux System Administration. 2. Networking Administration. 3. Hardware. 4. Simple shell Scripting. with practical sessions including client site visit with our field engineer. Timings: Mon-Fri 10:00 - 17:00 Qualifications: 1. Passion for FOSS technology. 2. Willingness to learn something new everyday. 3. Commitment, Dedication and Trustworthiness. Location: Mumbai, Santacruz West. Stipend: None. Fees: Your time.
