Hi, what relations does this have to USB? What you are seeing is most likely a known issue with systemd https://www.mail-archive.com/debian-bugs-dist@lists.debian.org/msg15199 35.html which less than a minute with a search engine could tell you. Please describe what fails on your system with relation to USB, or take your issue to the systemd lists.
