I have reported this in https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=169291 and have followed the advice given by Greg there, to report to this ML.
I'm not using this kernel any longer (I created the micro-SD card with the OS for this machine with another image), so if this is of no use for the developers, it can be closed.
