Why is this patch 1/2, was there a 2/2 that I missed somewhere?

With this patch, I can delete allmost all of the existing usb.ids file,
but I still need some things.

Also, are you sure the generic USB class information is in the hwdb?
For some reason I didn't think it was going to be there, but I'm
probably totally wrong...
