Greg: The following three patches make various changes to ehci-hcd's isochronous scheduler, in preparation for the upcoming URB_ISO_ASAP redefinition. None of the changes are terribly big. Although the 1/3 patch looks relatively large, it shouldn't change the driver's behavior in practice unless something goes wrong somewhere else.
