I think that it is fine and good for the sierra driver to only support
sierra devices, and have no objection to that at all.

But the trick is, do you know which of the ids in the current driver are
not sierra devices?  If so, great, let me know and I'll split them out.

The option driver needs an overhaul as well, so we might as well move
the wrong device ids from the sierra driver, into the option one, and
then rework option to work "better".  At the same time, I'll probably
rename "option.c" as there are some companies out there that object to
that name...

Sound reasonable?
