I have connect aplux webcam to an isp1161A with a 2.6.23 kernel and
debug enabled.

I get this output:

[repeated for 15 times]

116x: Allowed or control data underrun
116x: Finish: FA 2 ep2in bulk: len 4096/1536

and the ovfx2 (patched for fullspeed) discart all frames.
