Hi to the list, I'm trying to use a Commodore Flash Disk MP3 player "CO - C.Muse" (I don't know the chipset) but when i plug it I get this:
tail -f /var/log/messages.log [...] Feb 3 14:30:57 silverstar usb 1-4: new high speed USB device using ehci_hcd and address 12 Feb 3 14:30:57 silverstar usb 1-4: config 1 interface 0 altsetting 0 endpoint 0x83 has an invalid bInterval 200, changing to 11 Feb 3 14:30:58 silverstar usb 1-4: configuration #1 chosen from 1 choice Feb 3 14:30:58 silverstar usb 1-4: USB disconnect, address 12 // ---- END TAIL --------------------- Over and over with address N increasing each time, until unplugged. The stick doesn't need any special driver on WindowsXP, infact there was no CDRom in the box. I'm running: Linux silverstar 2.6.23.9-KaL #1 SMP PREEMPT Sat Dec 1 17:03:59 CET 2007 i686 Intel(R) Celeron(R) M processor 1.40GHz GenuineIntel GNU/Linux but also with the stock Archlinux Kernel26 this problem happens. Last note: I've got a 512M pendrive M-Systems Flash Disk Pioneers and it works, also I have an internal hard disk used as exteral with: Myson Century, Inc. USB2.0 to ATAPI Bridge Controller Even the USB external DVD-RW works. I don't know what the problem could be, any hint? Thank you in advance for any help and apologize for my novice-level english.
