Normally I'd say yes for a potential oops. However, in this case I think not, since the bugzilla entry for this bug report (and several similar ones, same submitter) doesn't say it's actually been observed ... *AND* it's highly unlikely. The in-tree callers evidently don't actually have bugs needed to trigger such an oops, and it's pretty late in the release cycle now for patches which are purely precautionary.
