Hi Nathan, There was some Launchpad DB preparation work that has caused issues with builders. This coincides with the time your stuck builders ran. Could you retry the build please? Let me know if that worked.

The build on core24, https://launchpad.net/~chromium- team/+snap/chromium-snap-from-source-dev/+build/2774313, did not get stuck, but that's a different version of Chromium so it could be something else.
