I found out that I have to remove "~/.config/chromium/Default/{Web Data,History}". Then, I can use Chromium normally. However, the data in those files is lost. Instead, Chromium should write to those files in a way that the data cannot be get corrupted in a crash. Until this is realised, Chromium should at least offer to remove the corrupted files by itself.
