Public bug reported: Ubuntu 19.04, installed via apt Arch: x64 I can't get the openshot version because the UI is frozen, but according to apt it's openshot-qt/disco,disco,now 2.4.3+dfsg1-1 all ffmpeg version 4.1.3-0ubuntu1
Sometimes (rarely) it actually works, but usually the UI just freezes, often right from the start. It will freeze when opening a video file. It will freeze right after asking me if I want to save the project when I quit. It will start pre-frozen. When I run from the command line, it gives these two errors at the start: timeline_webview:ERROR TimelineWebView::eval_js() called before document ready event. Script queued: $('body').scope().SetSnappingMode(1); main_window:INFO foundCurrentVersion: Found the latest version: 2.4.4 timeline_webview:ERROR TimelineWebView::eval_js() called before document ready event. Script queued: $('body').scope().MovePlayheadToFrame(1); Then it spams this incessantly until I manually kill the process: [AVBSFContext @ 0x7fb178bb46c0] A non-NULL packet sent after an EOF. ** Affects: openshot Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of UBUNTU - AL - BR, which is subscribed to OpenShot Video Editor. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1840827 Title: Openshot freezes all the time Status in OpenShot Video Editor: New Bug description: Ubuntu 19.04, installed via apt Arch: x64 I can't get the openshot version because the UI is frozen, but according to apt it's openshot-qt/disco,disco,now 2.4.3+dfsg1-1 all ffmpeg version 4.1.3-0ubuntu1 Sometimes (rarely) it actually works, but usually the UI just freezes, often right from the start.
