On the first start of chromium I've got a message saying that the page "Getting started with Google Chrome" became unresponsive. I was not able to reproduce that, but in a while I got the same message for "http://code.google.com/chromium/", this time I didn't press any button and the page loaded in a minute. I'm unable to reproduce it again. Rebuilding manually gecko-mediaplayer with --without-gconf had fixed the same issue for me in Karmic. May be it's possible to have gecko-mediaplayer built with --without- gconf in multiverse for Lucid?
